Staff was not helpful at all! ZERO compassion and extremely RUDE. Wish I had taken her name. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

If you can, please pass on message. The US needs your help right now. They need PPE desperately. Whatever you can spare or even a token gestures would be appreciated for years and years to come.

If only there was an option for 0 stars. The website is very outdated and requires plenty of help to understand certain applications (i.e. how to pay). When I called the office for further clarification and assistance, the lady was extremely unhelpful, condescending and rude. Every time I called it has been very unpleasant to the point I wanted to withdraw my application completely. Definitely one of my worst customer-service experiences... There definitely needs to be a change.
