Highly recommend this medical centre!!nA very professional medical centre! So clean and staff are helpful and kind!nDr Shanthini is amazing and so understanding! You can tell she truly cares and listens to you! Don’t have long waiting times for your appointments, pretty much always running on time!nOne of the few medical centres that I feel safe attending in current times and where I feel my concerns are heard!

Best Medical Centre. DR. SHANTHINI thoroughly checked my daughter for suspected spider bite. She took time to give her oral and topical first aid. She even checked her oxygen level. That thorough...She gave us info on all the possible symptoms to look for and the next course of action needed. She is very gentle and caring. My child is scared of doctors but she have her way with kids. My child let Dr. Shantini hold her for treatmemt because she made her feel safe and comfortable. Dr. Shantini is in full PPE due to Covid. We all know that being in full PPE is very uncomfortable and too warm to be in which shows her sacrifices to protect her patient, staff, self and family. Very professional and responsible. What's more amazing is the follow up call days after our check up just to check my child's condition, check if medication is followed and other after care advice. Amazing. First she tried to call my number but I missed it then she left a voicemail message and tried calling my husband's number which we answered. She is caring and thorough. The receptionist is lovely too. She advised us to wear mask before entering to protect self and others against Covid and offered us to stay in the treatment area while waiting rather than the waiting area so my child issafe and we have so much space for social distancing. The centre is clean too. In this trying times, we are hesitant to see GPs and try to self medicate due to fear of Covid. But now we feel safe and confident to seek help when needed because we know this centre and the doctors are careful, responsible and caring. THANKS Dr. SHANTINI for going the extra mile to offer your service and expertise. You are one of a kind. Best I've seen so far.All the best.
