C&A Surveyors

I was surprised an experience could be so bad with a simple survey for a fence line. Please note they will not mark fencelines out of place if it is under 10cm out. Please note also that they are extremely defensive and litigious if asked any questions. They were pretty rude and unhelpful. The surveyer came and told me one thing and then the report came back and said another. I asked questions and I got an answer in capitals that was extremely rude and disproportionate rather than providing a simple answer. I have kept all the emails if the company are to respond to this review I will simply post them. Oh! Otherwise they could apologise and send me a survey that accurately shows the fenceline is 10cm out as politely requested and refused to do. FYI They even had the neighbours survey to reference this .... which did note the fenceline was 10cm out.

Low priced, but surveyor came with equipment that didn’t work on one occasion, then another time with new equipment he didn’t know how to use. Delivered survey had several obvious inaccuracies that we gave up trying to fix due to delays and internal communication problems at C&A. We had heard good things in the past, so were either extremely unlucky, or things have deteriorated a lot recently

Very helpfulnI was nt sure which survey i needed ,the helpful staff guided me to the right survey for my CDC and were absolute professional from start to finish.If you require any type of surveying done C and A will not disappoint.

dishonest and unreliable , told me my plans would be finished early the following week after the survey was done, so I booked appt with architect on Friday morning . Contacted Wednesday for eta and was told they would be done Friday so architects rebooked for 4pm Friday.nFriday 3pm called again 3 times, put on hold twice and hung up on, finally got through and they would chase it up asap and call me back.nFriday 5pm after not receiving a call and wasting architects time, I called back and was told there was some quality issue but if I paid the remaining balance someone would send me the plans Saturday, what a joke, don't waste your time or money with these guys
