Date 19/6 - time between 1.55-2.30 PMnPositivesn- security person interaction very goodn- person giving token all wellnNegativenGot my number called and lady on the counter (Name - Shubha if I'm not wrong) had no interest in answering greetings and facial reactions, overall attitude wasn't friendly at all. That's why she didn't return my feedback slip as it was oblivious what feedback I'll provide.nnHow single place has mixed way of treating people ? Remember negativity stays longer and impacts whole day and sole reason writing this lengthy review and one star though I had positive experience at same place.

Worst ever service NSW is Parramatta centre...extremely unhelpful staff. Please consider changing your unhelpful staff at counters

Great service with very supportive and helpful.nMrs Shubha helped me with lots of information and she guided me very friendly. At the counter, Ms Neha was to patience and did the service with very kind and she also helped with clear and explained the steps very politely. Thanks for the service (Parramatta)

Very good service. I would like to sincerely thank Susan for going above and beyond. She was patient, and made an effort to help me although it was busy.
