What a wonderful caring Nursing team. I was quite nervous about the procedure but was reassured all the way. So professional, polite and thorough.nThe Admin team had a happy attitude and were very efficient too.nThe Dr's must be blessed to have such well organized and happy team working with them and as for the Dr's, well they must be the reason this team is happy because they can't be faulted for anything!nThis is a formidable multidisciplinary team with nothing out of order.nThis Clinic is one I would recommend to all my family and friends. I have not received such good care in any of the major Hospitals that I have visited.

Not a good experience.nReception staff talks in their own language.nReception staff are like robots, reading T&C and patronising petiants.nIts feel like number game here, do as many patients as you can.nQuite surprised to see that patients with stomoch issues offered only tea and coffee (acidic drinks) in recovery. When asked for green tea. It was refused straightaway.

Dr Tasos Nicolaou is so professional at what he does, I have been his patient for 10yrs now and I truly trust him with my life.

I went to see Dr Tasos Nicolaou today and i find him very rude. When i asked him what is renal cyst, he told me 3x don't worry about it without explaining to me why. He even added, do you want me to say it the 4th time? Then he asked: do you trust me? (NO WAY!)And he keeps interrupting me when I mentioned about Dr Carrick (that lady doctor is well-mannered and professional). But this NIcolaou is the worst medical practitioner I've ever met. Also, his consultation room looks untidy and messy! And being the last patient, he made me wait while he smoked cigarette outside the clinic and can be seen by everyone. I DON'T THINK I WILL TRUST HIM performing endoscopy or any other procedure. Im a patient of Dr. Carrick for more than 10 years, but one visit with this man, I lost all trust in this clinic, he should be the one retiring, not Dr. Carrick. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN because of him.nnHe's slurring, too, can't hardly understand him.
