Woolworths Metro

Seriously so stoked that Woolies Metro opened up 2/6/21. I don't think I know of any Woolies Metro this close to a train station with:n- normal Woolies pricesn- barista coffeen- click and collectnnWe spoke to the store manager Mat and prices are the same as normal Woolies. Just additional premium options available and some Woolworths catalogue specials may not match up weekly.nnThey are classified as 'neighbourhood prices'. Apparently there are three categories of Woolworths Metros. Glad he clarified this as most Metros we've ever known are pricey.nnMat said most Metro are 1200m² or smaller. Granville Woolies Metro is approx. 1400m² due to BWS originally planned to be there, but pulled out last minute. This is fantastic as this gave them extra room to provide 'Click and Collect', which I didn't know Metros could even provide. Guess where we'll be doing our weekly shops from now on!nnAlso if they don't stock what your looking for they have a feedback QR code located at the front of the store to put your suggestions in. I think this is for the first month of opening but I could be wrong. Surely they would allow it indefinitely.nnAlso not sure if this is another opening deal and how long it'll last bit loving it - 'Free barista coffee with every $30 spent at Woolies Metro only'.

Coffee is rubbish. Need a proper Batista.
