Had to do an eye test to complete the renewal of my drivers license. Within 10 seconds of arriving at the front door, we were greeted by a woman who asked us what we needed. She took us inside to wait for a gentleman to help us. Within one minute I had done my eye test, and within another minute we were done and out the door. The place was packed full of people yet we got one of the quickest, most professional services we have ever experienced.

It’s clearly written in Service NSW website that 2 identification needed for vouchers are photo card and visa. One of the guy asked me for passport which wasn’t mentioned in web. I reckon he had long beard and was bald in counter 1 at around 1:30pm . He said passport and visa are given the same points (though I even had a copy of the passport) and photo card for other identification points. Whereas, in burwood Service NSW they accept copy of passport, visa and photo card as well.nFor sure, I didn’t like the service since I waited in the line for about 15 mins.

100 Parramatta Road is the worst one in any service centre in NSW. Very disorganised. Two queues in the front door, confuse people and no social distancing, it actually make people crowded wait for longer time which is unnecessary. Front door staff are inpolite with poker face. They only check temperature randomly, not everyone. Wonder why. If you think you wait for one hour and finally you can get your paper done by the counter staff then you are wrong. The female staff work on counter 11 today was even worse, her priority was chit chat with her colleague, waste all taxpayers time she doesn't care, her altitude is very rude and arrogant.

One of the worst service experienced in my entire life so far. They were very slow and didnt value the customers time. Every staff should learn some people skill on how to communicate with customer, just shouting and being rude doesnt solve the queries of the customer.

Heidi ( while slim lady ) Really helped me through the complicated process ! Really polite and find the best suggestions for my issues and took almost half an hour of her time , People like her are what customer service about !nThank you
