Middle-aged asian receptionist has a terrible tone of voice when she speaks to patients. She spoke to myself and others with such vitriol. Very disappointed in the level of care. Doctors are fantastic and knowledgeable, but they should reconsider this receptionist's employment, she is dragging the whole practice down with her extreme lack of social awareness and human etiquette. Parents should hang their head in shame for raising such an unempathetic human! I sincerely hope for her own sake that she finds greater happiness in her life. Will not be returning. Warning to others.

I went to one Dr in auburn who told me to use organic coconut oil for my infection while It got severe and severe I decided to come to Angela lam. I swear she’s the most amazing Dr I have met she instantly even without the test told it might be bacterial infection and prescribed medication, after some days my reports came and she messaged herself saying the bacteria is strong and she has changed the prescription , after the antibiotics was over I still got infection back again I was in pain waiting for the appointment but she herself called me and prescribed another medication. I really like the way she deal with her patient she is just amazing . She’s a gem

waiting time is too unreasonably long. I waited for more than 2 hours to see Dr Angela... what’s the point of making appoitments?

Receptionist is very very rude and even if it's urgent no message is passed to Doctor. Very hard to get an appointment. Waiting period is almost more than an hour. Have to wait a lot to get the consultation. Receptionist of weekdays need to be changed first. There need to be someone who can communicate well and well behaviour but not rude to patients and don't hear their problems.

I want to give zero, but there is no option. Omg too much rude, attitude of this receptionist.The management should give her training, otherwise they gonna loose their many patients. Very bad experienced that I ever had in my life.
