NAS Advanced Medical Centre

We (myself, family and relatives) have all been patients at this medical centre for over 25 years.The attitude of the staff at reception has improved greatly over the past years. Most medical centres have one receptionist while there would be at least four receptionists at the front desk at any one time at this medical centre attending to patients. We always book an appointment by phone before attending and the maximum waiting time has been 10 minutes and this time depends on how busy the doctor and the centre is. We have always been looked after by the doctors in the best friendly and professional manner.

The only place that can serve you on weekends. Also lady GPs available all time. Other medical centres asks you for booking in advance.

Literally i have never seen such a rude staff and bad customers service. Firstly they should learn how to talk to people. Specially girl with glass, need to learn what is customer service?

The worst medical center I've ever seen.
