Tried calling the clinic 5-6 times today to book a patient under Dr Chaudhury. Finally the call was answered by a receptionist who seems to be rude, abrupt, unhelpful and uncooperative. Explained that need to make an appointment for patient , stated she got a patient waiting , I have to call her back again. I told her this the fifth time i am calling as didnt answer previously, also told her that i am happy to wait on hold if thats alright. She said ' I cant put you on hold' apparently because she doesnt know how to use the new phone system and hang up on me with her very rude accent. Totally unprofessional and unhelpful staff member, Tried calling again, seems didnt bother to pick up. The manager needs to have look into this urgently as its not helpful when we are trying our best as health professionals to arrange booking for patients to maintain continuity of care.
