One of the best clinic in this area with very experienced doctors and nurses and lovely reception staff .I accept the waiting time sometimes is longer approx 30 -45 mints.nHighly recommended doctors with their detailed diagnose as well. I always get detailed information for each query which always extends my consults and i have never experienced any doctor rushing in my consult.. Nurses are always co-operative and was super helpful when my dad visited the clinic. Reception is always ready to squeeze in the walk ins and always informs the waiting time whenever i am visiting.

I have been visiting this clinic for a few years now. Though I take appoint there is a long waiting queue (more an a hour) in the reception. I took the appointment for blood test but Receptionist didn't let me know that the last blood collection time and gave me the GP appointment after the Pathology is closed. Recently, took the telephone appointment to discuss the Blood results and never received any calls and I have been waiting for the call from last 2 days. I wouldn't recommend this clinic anymore as they are loosing their professionalism.

Really nice receptionist’s and wonderful Doctors who are all good, compassionate and understanding. The waiting room is relaxed and comfortable. Honestly you couldn’t ask for a better medical Centre.

Booked a telephonic appointment at 3pm for my son on 19th June with Dr. Sindhi, I was waiting until 3.30pm for the call and then when I call the clinic I got to know doctor is running late and was informed by the receptionist please wait for some more time and the doctor should call you in next 30 minutes. Well, then after waiting for almost an hour when I called back the surgery it was closed and I never got the call back for my appointment.nnThis is absolutely unprofessional behaviour I do understand the doctors get busy, than well don’t book those appointments at first place when you know you can not call back. Being the weekend I luckily managed to get the appointment at another surgery in short while.nnAbsolutely ridiculous and unprofessional service and really disappointed with the way they schedule the appointment and never turn up for the phone call.

Worst experience ever!! The only reason I am giving one star is because there is no negative rating!nMost unprofessional receptionists ever!nThey don't even tell you what they are charging you for or explain you about the waiting time. It's a normal conversation but they are even incapable of doing that. They speak rudely even to patients with trauma and mental illness and their family members as well. If you are suffering with any sort of illness or have any problem they'll just add more problem to it. Never had such terrible experience. I would honestly not recommend this place to anyone.
