The best out of the Northside group highest level of care way better than the new St Leonards clinic even if not as fancy...... Highly recommend.

I went to see my ADHD with a psychologist based in this hospital. She doesn't have a clue about the disease. Literally just spoke an hour over a zoom meeting repeating the same thing and prescribing meds which we already knew. If anyone looking for therapist, particularly for ADHD, I suggest find a psychologist who understands the disease. Stay away from here though.

The reception is always unavailable when I tried to call and yet don’t answer my voice message which makes it difficult to make an appointment. The professional staff is good though.

I have had many admissions at Northside West and the clinic excels in many areas - admission is always streamlined with an effort made to reduce stress and anxiety, the nursing staff are five star plus, the group content is engaging, the clinic is next to a park, and I always felt safe and secure and that I was making progress. My only quibble is that the initial psychiatrist I had was a bit unprofessional, for example she would take personal calls during rushed consultations with me. So I asked for a change of psychiatrist and that was done.
