Sydney Heaters provided a great experience, from our initial sales enquiry through to site assessment, removal of the old heater (to enable hearth re-tiling), and eventual installation. The process was friendly, professional and seamless across all staff involved. The showroom is covid-safe, with a good range of heaters on display. Everything promised was done, communications kept us informed, and tradesmen turned up on time, every time. The installation was professionally done and the heater looks great and works great. I highly recommend this business, and appreciate why Sydney Heaters has received several awards in recent years.

This past winter I must have contacted every chimney sweep in Sydney trying to organise a clean and maintenance of our fireplace. Not sure why Sydney Heaters didn't show up originally in my search. But one call to them, and things were organised. Then on the day, the sweeper arrived, got the job done. Super happy with everything. Will be using Sydney Heater going forward.
