The shopping centre is a bit tun down

Woolworths Looks Very Old And Is Overdue For Renovations. Needs Renovating it’s Old And Dated. Could Do With A Major Renovation Like The Woolworths At Leichhardt Marketplace Last Year. It’s Worth The Effort And I Think The Whole Community That Shops At Woolworths Wentworthville Would Benefit.

Very bad customer service. Staff have lot of attitude. they always give hard time. We live in Wentworthville but would love to go to other suburbs just because of the staff. The lady working at self check out is too arrogant and never want to help. If you ask for help, she want us to go to counter and pay.nIn this COVID situation, we don't want anyone to touch our grocery. And don't want to go to normal check out and handover our shopping to someone. Now Wentworthville is also hot spot. We had no option on 06/01/2020 as the lady saw our trolley and asked us to go to checkout and pay in a very rude way.nWe recommend you to please get some good staff at least at self checkout who can serve your customers.

Easy shopping and parking downstairs, but didn't even think of trying to park on ground level. Always queues of locals waiting to park beside the front door.
