Centrelink and Medicare

I would very much like to thank Kylie for her efficiency and competency on Monday afternoon 6th April, 2020, in sorting out my finances and updating my records at Centrelink. She was very kind and thoughtful and considerate and I truly appreciated her help. I have always been treated with courtesy and consideration at Centrelink in Gosford. I greatly appreciate the work.nnThere was another girl last week on the phone number for aged pensioners, she too went out of her way to help. I wish I could remember her name. She signed me in to voice recognition for the future. I hope she reads this and recognises herself. Many thanks to you all at this difficult time.

I have been dealing with Centrelink Gosford for past month & l have nothing but praise for this branch. The staff are excellent & l have never had to wait more than 20mins to see a customer service officer.

I used this app to find the nearest Medicare office to me. First it took me to Erina Fair where I had to go into to find out there is not one. 2nd it took me to another none existent site in Gosford. Finally with the help of locals I was able to track it down. This is all shortly following surgery so not in the best state. Pls up date for future users. Thanks
