Woy Woy General Practice

I have been a client since 2000. I am continually impressed with the staff who have always been helpful and try to get me an appointment at late notice if it is urgent. Dr Ellenberger is FABULOUS and literally saved my life with an early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. Can't speak highly enough of the entire team.

The most uncomfortable and awful GP experience of my life. Was meant to see a female doctor who I know there who is great ~ however she was off that day due to personal reasons. I saw Marvin instead who was not only rude, but insensitive and terribly misogynistic, would only 'allow' me to address one issue as he was short on time. Had me in tears by the end. Would never recommend him.

My partners brother cut his hand open (wasn’t bad enough to be an emergency and waste hospital resources) so we tried to get into a medical centre nearby to just stitch it up. No where would help us out and told us to go to the hospital, until we came here, they were very booked up but the receptionists were very understanding and accomodating and went out of their way to fit us in with a very nice doctor. 10/10.

I ‘ve been using this practice for many years, have never experienced impolite staff. I m agree, Dr Wong is best - patient & highly professional. “Quality Dr worth waiting for ” +1.

Staff are always polite & helpful. Have had a few bad experiences with a couple of Drs. My daughter will only see Dr Suma now to just get her scripts after some silly advice from one Dr n Dr Maddan calling the police on her, because my daughter was so tired ,& depressed after just giving birth & went to her for help,Dr Maddan was rude & unsympathetic. My girl reacted badly as she was so ill, police came to our home & offered her advice & what to take to help her sleep,they helped her more then Dr Maddan.she didn't even try to listen to her. Now,my daughter won't go for any check ups,as I had cervical cancer etc I'm worried about her.
