Fair sized store that should have all your pet needs.The staff were friendly and helpful. Sometimes have some good specials.

I experienced fantastic customer service whilst purchasing a bird cage. The lovely team ensured that it would fit in my car before I paid for it and assisted me with lifting it in.nVery much appreciated.

Most of the staff are nice but their is one tall blonde lady who thinks she’s the gods gift to birds and completely rude and snobbish. I will never shop here ever again and will advice anyone to go anywhere else but here. I would seriously look into your staff and their customer service skills. It will cost you business.

Poor customer service and very poor knowledge of anything fish related. Staff would rather talk to each other than help a customer. Safe to say we won't be coming back

Worst customer experience.nnLast Friday I came in to buy a bag of dog food for my puppies and mother dog.nIt was the Royal Canin brand and I asked the guy in the store about feeding mother dogs the puppy food. He told me straight up no and that the mother is an adult and should only eat the adult food.nI have bred dogs before and we had always given them puppy food to help the nutrients for the mother and puppies.nAfter I asked more about it and asked him why I could not feed this food to my mother dog he could not give me a straight answer and became very flustered and aggressive towards me.nThis continued for a while and he began to argue with me about the food and I was almost persuaded to go somewhere else.nnIn the end I ended up buying the same puppy bag at the counter and a young woman served me who was very nice and showed me the feeding guides and showed interest in my dogs. She was very helpful and kind.nI do however feel sorry for her having to put up with a guy like that and I hope she sees this and I want to apologise on behalf of the guy that she works with because she did look a little worried about the arguing.
