I have been going here for nearly 10 years and in my opinion it is the best medical practice on the coast. The doctors are fantastic and the ladies on reception are some of the hardest working people i no. I am alive today because of Dr Ashby who recognised my symptoms as being a heart attack and sent me to hospital just in time to save my life. I ended up having an emergency triple bypass. The care and professionalism at bay Village medical centre is second to none. Regards Sean.

Practice and all off the receptionists are great except one very rude receptionist... the older lady Maxine... no empathy at all and very impatient when you ask other questions besides booking a time.

On holidays - was able to get a same day appointment. Doctor was on time and helpful and explained things very well. Clinic nurse was so polite and lovely. Reception staff friendly and efficient. The whole thing was bulk billed.nExcellent practice.

Dr Roberts is the best doctor. He always takes the time to listen and understand. The lady in pathology is awesome too! She really helped keep me calm during the blood taking process and was just so friendly!
