I took my L’s test here in 21 of September and haven’t gotten my card yet. TODAY IS THE 16TH OF NOVEMBER!!! Only to find out today that they hadn’t even printed it and given me the wrong slip so I couldn’t of driven and if I was pulled over I would have been fined and possibly suspended. As soon as they get there stuff together I might change my review but I nearly lost an extra 65 bucks because I couldn’t drive today and I am lucky the driving school refunded due to the scenario. Would not recommend
Good staff but long wait... queuing up outside before getting ticket due to Covid restrictions.
Submitted a Unregistered vehicle Permit,n20th Nov 2020. Application allows permit to be valid upto 28 days, I requested 8 day permit as extenuating circumstances. Request denied by RMS Manager Robyn for no logical/practical or commonsnse reason. I would highly recommend avoiding this incompetent facility if you require a smooth hassle free experience.
Amazing staff always very helpful go beyond to help. Most of all waiting times are quick.
