Kincumber Family Doctors

I scheduled an appointment here recently because the timing was more convenient for me than it would be if I had waited to see my regular GP at another clinic. Ultimately, I did not attend the appointment, after being told quite casually by the receptionist that the practice charges new patients a $22 administration fee. That's on top of it being a privately billed practice.nnThis is unethical and one certainly wonders how the process of a receptionist filling in a few details on a computer before you as the practice receive money from a patient is something that requires the patient to then pay you $22. Australia regulates a lot of aspects of the healthcare industry, but things like this suggest that there may not be enough being done in this area.

I'd recommend this practice. My daughter recommend that I see the doctors at this practice because she's finds them to be caring, professional and thorough. I'm so thankful for her suggestion. I've only seen Dr Sandra and she's made such a difference to my health and well-being. So caring and so thorough. My daughter's family have been to both doctors and like both of them equally.

Welcomed at front reception warm and friendly. Had already booked via app so didin't have to wait much and found the team at this clinic to be very professional and focused.

My girlfriend and I have had excellent care from the day they opened and would highly recommend them to anybody.
