Fantastic Medicare centre! Highly recommend (ESPECIALLY Dr George!) but I do definitely agree with some of these reviews- reception definitely need to pick up their game. You don’t get acknowledged by them and they aren’t too friendly. Otherwise all round fantastic place including the pathology collector!

Turn around and walk back out. Staff not wearing masks but requesting and enforcing patients to wear a mask. Dr's walking around without masks.nnLooks like 0 regard for patients avoidnnResponse: no i am not from another surgery or trying to make you lose patients. Check your cameras that are in your centre and actually verify this.nnSecondly i was with a mate of mine who can also verify this. If you need to i shall make reports for this SINCE MASKS WHERE MANDATORY!

Dr Gamil is extremely helpful and considerate with me as a patient. I am grateful to have found a bulkbolling doctors with such great service and care for clients. Thank you

Reception staff need to be a bit more professional very frosty to patients.nI was left waiting for one to acknowledge that I was there granted one was on the phone the other 2 were on the computers.nA simple hello I won't be a minute would do.

4 staff on front desk but not attentive or informative. Seem to be preoccupied chatting/ eating/ watching videos. Was not checked in properly resulting in long unnecessary delay.
