Service NSW

The older receptionist with blonde pony tail was so rude!!! I was going to get a number from the machine, a number of their staff yelled at me not to touch it. The receptionist said it was because of Covid. However, she touched all the customers' paperwork, touched her glasses, touched the machine, and touched the number print outs to give out to the customers without hand sanitising in between. When being questioned, she denied all that and went 'whatever'. I guess the hand sanitiser is just there for display. All the staff behind the counters were so friendly and helpful, but this one receptionist, makes me feel so uncomfortable and not wanting to return to this place!!

Very disappointed with the service my wife received. Was there for DKT, she passed , applied for conversion of overseas license also with the RMS01 form. She was only given a customer number and form returned back. Her license was never applied for, it never came in the post and we kept chasing them online for 3 weeks. Only after a visit to a different service NSW that we realized that her application was left midway , only received the L-license after 4 days after 2nd visit. I dont think the lady who served her at Tuggerah knew any rules/procedure and if she was unsure, she should have checked her seniors, but not leave the applicant who passed her DKT without any legal license for 4 weeks ! Hugely disappointed.

Not happy, lady standing at the door had taken my paper work from me.( a medical exemption to drive as having a disability this is mandatory each year).n& filled out every year.nShe opened it whilst I was standing their it was private & confidential.nnWhat infuriated me was she read it, then said I will give it to the man opposite me, then he read it,......he then said I will photocopy it, on his was back I said this is not what I have done previously when did the rules change? as I always recieved a number. I asked him did I need to update anything ? he said no, I cannot look from here.nHe laughed like I was the gullible person.nIt's people like you who need to direct the customer to were they need to be not to stand & read the paper work.

Not very helpful.nThe lady at the front was rude and abrupt and did not help at all.nIf she listened to my needs I wouldn't have had to waste 20 minutes waiting for nothing.
