The worst employment agency.nLacking in communication skills.nSent an email, to enquire about the subsidies we are entitled to for our employee.nNo response.nEmployee had tried to contact them no response.nI have called numerous times.nI get voicemail no call back.nSent a text message, replying who is this and when I introduce my self.No response after that.nPlease avoid this agency.

The worst agency I ever deal with. Poor in communication and keep requesting for the same document which already been supplied, my wages subsidy has been 2 month late still haven’t it yet.nVery frustrating to deal with.

Their communication skills are practically nonexistent, you send them an email or a text and they simply ignore it and do not get back to you at all, then they will come up with some excuse or blame game when you do finally speak to them, after numerous attempts, as though they have no idea what you are talking about. It must be great getting paid to provide awful customer service and to use clients as numbers for KPIs rather than treating them as human beings and with some common decency and respect.nnAfter calls, texts, emails and messages on the general number and still no response. Waiting for nearly a month to find that what they were meant to do, still hasn't been done (this not being the first time either) and finding out that you are not being told everything that you need to know really creates a complete lack of confidence in their work and ethic. Very disappointed.

Worst employment providers ever. Rude staff. Avoid or transfer.
