Cowboys and Natalia needs a long hard look at reality and life isn't always easy. I needed her to change my address on a Thursday and knowing I am homeless told me that it could not be done until Tuesday which then means no payment at all until Wednesday its raining getting colder and she has obviously NEVER been homeless nor attempted empathy only apathy!!!nWhat I endured is pathetic customer service and more than one RUDE unprofessional staffer. Id be embarrassed to call yourself customer service officers as there is NO SERVICE with this organisation!!! Since thisnI have engaged with Joblink provider and its Staff Members at Maitland Road Mayfield and have attended the office with absolutely ALL of my requirements met in a professional manner!

We have voice mail for a reason.nStill waiting on call back after 90 mins.nWould be nice not to go through a call center

It's strange they only seem to hire 30+ yeah at old females who have no clue how to use a computer or do a good job like the lady at the desk left me waiting for ages and when I asked her if my appointment is still on for the day she told me to sit back down and wait very rudelynnI overheard another appointment and the consultant told this girl that men are horrible and take all the good jobs and that she hoped we dropped off the face of the earth ud83dude10
