When I go to the doctors appointment the staff are very good and helpful and very friendly and the doctors are all very careful thank you

They need to close their books. I often have to wait several weeks for an appointment. I suffered an injury at a construction site and the medical staff advised me that they had no appointments available. I ended up seeking an emergency appointment at another medical centre. When Berkeley Vale medical staff found out about it, I was met with an attitude by Berkeley Vale medical centre staff about it, they rolled their eyes at me and told me to go to another practise if I go elsewhere for emergency appointments. Overall, very unprofessional and disorganised.

I have been coming here and Long Jetty for approx 38 yrs so they must be doing something right.

It takes four weeks to get a GP appointment and there was issues with patient privacy as the doctor I saw constantly talked about my health problems in the waiting area. I found a much better clinic elsewhere which is managed much better.

I have always been very well cared for by all the doctors at this practice.
