Tuggerah Lakes Private Hospital

Medical staff were amazing lovely hospital great staff and coffee shop, but my husband was disappointed with Alexandria at front desk, she was quite rude and does not seem to know her job . I was about to he discharged upstairs but my husband was told by her I would be 4-6 hrs. Living 1 hr away this could have turned out quite inconvenient. I think she may need to be reviewed for her people skills especially being the 1st face you meet at the hospital.nOther than this its a beautiful hospital.

I had a procedure done today and this by far the best hospital I have been in.nFrom my pre admission to post op care, everything was perfect.nThe staff are absolutely brilliant. Caring, kind, funny and made me feel at ease.nI have issues with my veins collapsing and Emily was the bomb. Found a vein, no pain.nEveryone made my short stay comfortable.nCan’t rate the hospital and staff enough.

I think this hospital is great drs, nursing staff, theatre staff. And the best thing is that most of the ward nurses came from Berkeley Vale hospital so I knew a lot of them. I had my left shoulder replaced Dr Anthony Benikess was my surgeon ud83dudc68‍⚕ufe0f very lovely man.nI am hoping to be able to go back for physio on my arm as my husband is not coping like he thought he would so better for me to be in a physiotherapist hospital.
