Depending which doctor you see will greatly affect the care you receive. I'm no longer visiting this practice as it seems all of the good doctors have now left.nnLast few times I went, my shoulder/ neck/ chest pain was brushed off as minor inflammation and was told to take nurofen. Despite my persistence knowing there was something else wrong, I was never listened to.nnI ended up getting a second opinion which led to the diagnosis of minor whiplash and fibromyalgia.nnPersonally, I would only go here for basic medical treatments/ certificates, besides that, I would go to another practice.

Went there Saturday morning asked did they have an available appointment told yes at 11am I said that would be fine the next question I was asked have you been here before my answer no I was then told we do not see people on Saturday if they haven't been here before. I class this as discriminationnReceptionist could hear that I had chest infection so much for caring medical centre

Very disappointed!!!!nI called on a weekday and was told they didnt have an appointment for a new patient until Saturday. When I called on Saturday I was told no new patients can be taken on the weekend. She could clearly hear how sick I was, yet was asked to call back next week. Very disappointing that you turn away sick patients...and twice in my case!!!!nDoctors don't back date medical certificates. I'm a shift worker and I needed a medical certificate for that Saturday. No use to me during the week.

Went there twice in July 2015 and saw two different GP's stating our two year old daughter was drinking excessively, urinating a lot and saturating her bed, didn't have any energy to climb one step at home, was breathing heavily and lost a huge amount of weight very quickly. She was staggering into the walls at the medical centre like a drunk. I did suggest type 1 diabetes and we were told she'd be much worse and to go home and give her rest both times. The day after the last visit we called an ambulance because she was breathing but wasn't moving. They checked her BGL and she was rushed to Sutherland emergency then on to Randwick Children's to be monitored for brain damage. She was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes.nnThe same two GP's are still practicing there according to the website.
