I-Care Medical Centre - Book appointments online now

So far this practice is amongst the good medical centres, I’ve encountered. No awful waiting times, Doctors are intuitive, reception is friendly and accommodating. They don't make you chase wild ducks to decide/prove that you need medical care. The only issue might be the pathology lab which needs to be resolved for much better customer satisfaction.

Left work early to get to the centre at 4:30pm, only to be told that the centre was closed. They have too many signs that contradict eachother on the front of the centre in regards to trading hours. When you ring their phone number, it states that it is open 9am-6pm, however this front door states 8am-8pm. Even google has their trading hours 9am-6pm.nThis centre needs to clarify what their hours are so that people do not have to leave work or other appointments early just to not be allowed in due to the centre being closed.

Dr. Hassan was really unbelievable and irresponsible guys please I would suggest you if u cannot treat the patient properly please don’t waste our time and money.nI really cannot believe the word he said well after seeing xray there is no problem now i have no idea what is wrong like seriously after I waited for 5 days.nThis place is nightmare.......

Went in with my new born baby. Got refused a required script EVEN THOUGH I had referral papers from Sydney Children's Hospital that the baby was required the script.nThen today my partner and step son go in to get checked on and they start googling symptoms. These are not doctors and will be reported immediately.

I've tried now three times to organise a referral for public surgery through this centre. Three times they have referred me to doctors that will only work in the private sector. The last one, I paid $185 too as part of a consultation just to learn he would not perform the surgery unless it was billed privately.nnIn addition, even though the centre knew I had undertaken tests outside of the centre for a condition, they wanted me to take the test again because they could also do it in their own centre. When I asked why I would repeat the test, they had no answer.nnI do not believe this centre offers a competent service and I also believe they, like most of the corporate medical practices are overly focused on profit ahead of patient care.nnThat this referral issue would happen, once, even twice, maybe I could forgive but three times and at a cost to me of $185, (still $50 and my time after the rebate) is unacceptable.nnIt's a public hospital referral. If they cannot handle this most simplest of requests they should shut the doors.
