Allcare Medical Centre - Wattle Grove

I have never had a problem with this surgery. I want to write an outstanding review for Dr Bridget Thomas, she is amazing. She understood my issues and was very thorough and very kind! I know she was only temporary but I just thought she deserved a shout out. It's hard to find a good GP. A million times better than the Hammondville practice - I had the worst experience there!

On the plus side, you can get whatever health care you need in pretty short order. On the minus, you might have some issues with communication with the various docs. Itʻs convenient but not ideal.

Dr. Playford is hands down the best doctor in the area. He has been our family doctor for the past 20 years and is highly respected by all specialists that I have been to in that time. I would honestly recommend him to anyone looking for a really great family doctor.

Very frustrating ... booked appointment 940 and its 1025 now. When I arrived both ladies at the reception were on the phone for a while ... I waited. At last I was served . I told her I got an appointment and after checking I was told to sit and wait. 35 min had past andnI approached the other lady at the reception about the doctor. Instead she told me why did I not inform her. What? Aren't these ladies in talking terms. Should I know who to approach? Unbelievable ... is she saying that it was my fault that I've waited 45min. Anyway... I informed the doctor and hopefully they will look and act into it.
