All Care Medical Centre Hammondville

In my experience the Doctor's have been nice to me but receptionists are rude and always have an unpleasant look on their faces. How has the centre not yet hired new ones after all the horrible reviews about them? Same goes for the ones at the Wattle Grove Centre.

Receptionist was too rude answering a call , I don't know If she's having a bad day pls. don't bring it to work , Although most of the doctors are really good

I've always read they have rude receptionists today i spoke to this lady saying her name is Jenny she was soo rude to me I can't believe it, who would want to go to a medical centre when the first person you speak to is so rude on the phone all i asked her is how long is the wait she's like how do I know do you know how long you will be i asked a simple question which I didn't need such a rude answer if i could i would give it 0 reviews

There's one receptionist (leeanne) who makes me feel like I've just ruined her day when I walk in.nShe comes across like she doesn't want to do anything and everything she does is a struggle. Doesn't want to go out of her way to help and just appears to be miserable and unhappy with what she's doing.nShe may want to think about getting a health care plan to fix her attitude towards the patients.

I was disgusted by the way I was treated by Dr Shamsuddin. After waiting 2 and a half hours when my APPOINTMENT was at 5:45pm, I was the last one in the surgery - I didn't end up leaving until after 8pm. And it wasn't even that BUSY! He was very rude and dismissive. He rolled his eyes and got frustrated with me when I didn't understand his question (because he didn't word it right) and after literally 5 minutes he just threw a script at me to get me out of his office. He also put a stethoscope to my abdomen and needed the nurse to watch, for what reason? I have no idea because he explained nothing. And when I asked if everything was ok, I was ignored. I was so embarrassed. Never going there again. Wattle Grove is a thousand times better. I should also mention it was so friggen cold in there, and waiting 2 and a half hours in the freezing air conditioning was not great.
