Dr. Hasnat was thoroughly unhelpful during my visit. Any questions were met with either indifference or uncertainty. He instead sought to refer me for nearly all of my medical needs, even the ones that he should have been able to address in office. The one supplement he did recommend, which was an over the counter solution, he neglected to explain the specifications of what type I needed. Luckily, I requested that he print out all of my results, as the pharmacist was able to assist me with the information he had left out. I felt entirely unheard and unseen by this practitioner and would not recommend him, least of all to women.

Today, due to my appointment with my regular GP being cancelled I saw Dr Syed Hasnat as suggested by a receptionist.nWhat a very rude, impatient and uncaring man he is.nHe made me understand that I could not take up much of his time as he had fitted me into his schedule.nI had a typed list of what I need to discuss. He would not read it, arguing with me and saying I had to verbally tell him what I wanted to discuss. I told him this discussion was taking longer than it would have been if he had just read my list, which ultimately he did.nI was made to feel very unimportant and demeaned as a patient.nDr Hasnet is a liability to this practice.

Very pleased with female Dr Shrestha. Professional, caring and thorough.

The old lady at the receptionist severed me at 3:45 today. She is unorganised and very unprofessional. she asked for my name, but she brought up the wrong file, with a complete different person. I showed her my medicare but she still didn't check the system to check any issues and make sure that it was the right person, then she recommended me to dr syed hasnat, he was very rude and rushed me. he did not want to listen to me and my medical history. He gave me a referral to get a chest x-ray but i wasn't able to get a chest x-ray because the details on the referral were wrong. The receptionist at the place i was meant to get my x-ray tried to contact revesby family medical centre but they denied even seeing me , even though i was just there 10 minutes ago

The receptionist had very bad attitude once we entered and we weren't allowed to see the doctor because I had a flu symptoms. We left very disappointed and will never come back again
