We drive 1 hour everytime just to see this Dr.nHis staff are also wonderful.
Hopeless service. I rang and made a booking multiple days out from an appointment. I arrived and there was no record of my appointment, though I was able to confirm the day and time of my call and that the number had indeed been the practices, but I was told there was no problem. After 5 minutes I was asked if I had been to the Doctor before, which I had not, and was told that his books were closed and I would be unable to see the Doctor. I was then told of other GPs in the area, which was not particularly helpful as I don't have an appointment with any of them.nnI get its just a small General Practice and mistakes happen. But its hard to think of how much worse this could have gone.
