Amazing service. So knowledgeable. Very friendly. And helped with any questions that I had. Just an amazing family. Everyone there was helpful ! Got a beautiful little snake (another one) and they have everything there. The shop is great ! I definitely recommend going there. They are more helpful then a vet that I was seeing. Will definitely come back !

Friendly staff, awesome range of my favourite pets. Really cool snakes, lizards, birds.. Gotta visit this shop if you are in Sydney and you love extreme type of pets. Worth the drive.

We had brought a breaded dragon from here , the bearded dragon died not even a year later after having been treated at a reptil facility they had said he was in bred and had metabolic bone disease , which we tried our best to treat but the reptile expert said that he had it from birth
