Best pet shop ever

The worst delivery service that I’ve ever experienced in my life.nnI ordered 100 gms of regular mealworms to feed my mantids, but they did not even provide me proper tracking number of parcel to track my order and their courier did not even leave the parcel in the safe place (office at ground floor or mailbox), so I could not receive the parcel at all.nnI literally waste 22 AUD (including shipping cost) for nothing.. I’m gonna submit my credit card dispute and writing this review not to make anymore victims like me.nn——— Edited after Wednesday evening 13th Jan ———nnI messaged to you Tuesday evening as soon as I saw your message sent in morning.nBut you guys have not responded to my message at all..nnI get sick from lack of communication and poor delivery service and you guys eventually end up making me buy mealworms from petshop near me today.nI’ve never had a single incidence like this when I order stuffs from woolworth, ebay, officework and etc in multiple occasions.nnI’ve already submitted credit card dispute and do not need any compensation from you anymore.nGood luck in your future endeavor.

AMAZING! Received an order of mealworms to Perth today after all local supply ceased. The mealworms were all alive and there was a prolific quantity of worms in the packaging. By far the best quality mealworms I have ever bought, even after the postage travel. Thank you so much.
