Receptionist..Rude, unprofessional, chewing gum whilst speaking over the phone, no phone etiquette, no customer service skills. Some consultants need training on how to communicate effectively with clients and not talk down to them. Compassion and Empathy go a long way!

Every encounter I have had with workskil Fairfield have been horrible, the workers look down on you and speak to you as if you’re underneath them. I have had words put in my mouth multiple times, and my situation was overlooked & disregarded. Not helpful at all, if you want an anxiety attack every appointment this is the place. Avoid this place.
