Dr Cao is the best doctor I ever have

Don’t receive people if not booked appointment!

Dr Cao is a great doctor however the practice is not run well. Usually seen 1.5 hours after my appointment and then rushed out the door within a few minutes. His receptionist overbooks and then he’s so rushed. Being pregnant, I really needed the extra attention on a few issues I was having.

Doctor Cao himself is a really good doctor, the only problem is when you ring for an appointment, and she can’t understand you and you are saying it’s a language barrier, and time waiting. But overall if you wanting to know your result and why you are in for then we have no choice but to be patient.

I called at 8:45am and asked for an appointment for myself and my wife. The receptionist asked us to attend at 11:15am. Upon arrival at 11:15am she stated there was a delay and if we could come back in 30mins. We obliged and returned at 11:45am. She stated to us that it was still not our turn. I asked her if we were next and she refused to answer. I kept asking her how many people before us and she kept replying that our appointment was not until 11:30 and that she knows how to do her job. She was rude and abrupt and seemed to not understand english. Very poor customer service. I have been to this medical centre a few times since moving into the area and have noticed poor customer service by the receptionist however never to this extentnFurthermore they didn't even call to find out why we didn't return again.... and never will.
