Liverpool Hospital

My twins were born at Liverpool hospital and I had the best experience with all the staffs, doctors and the care at the hospital from administration till the delivery. The hospital is modern and spacious and all the doctors, nurses and midwives are very skilled and caring. The foods are wonderful as well. Waiting time can be a bit long as there are a lot of patients but I know I'm in good hands.

Hospital is great and I would have given 5 stars but the midwives deserve a 0 star rating, zero care, rude attitude, inconsiderate. Gave me such a bad experience that I got more care from other patients than them. Some nurses also send students to do all the dirty work rather than educating them which isn’t very nice!

Absolutely disgusted in the Midwife's attitude. goes by the name Michelle Chalhoub. Wow, never experienced someone so rude. All I did was call to confirm my appointment was made and had a few questions as I am a first time mum and explained I was nervous. not a care in the world. when i asked what is wrong with your attitude she complained about her job and how annoying it is to be answering the phone! Claimed she was the manager... I am a manager my self there is absolutely no excuse to speak to someone the way she did. Disgusting and should be dropped down from management and re-trained and monitored. You can guess it I am not going to this hospital and will travel further to go to a better place.

Great public hospital. Very clean and modern. My wife gave birth to our son here and it had been a pleasant experience. Staff are friendly, professional and supportive. Street parking can be difficult to find. Paid parking lot is available nearby and also underground. Although this can be busy too. Train station is also nearby.

Nurses aren’t rude but the service provide by them is terribly slow. Had to wait for a simple pain killer up to 20 min. In fact the service is definitely very poor.
