Civic Medical Specialist Centre

Phone service is horrible, I waited on hold for 10 mins and someone answered while making an appointment with a patient so not professional I could hear the persons personal details over the phone, the second time again waiting almost 10 mins call was finally picked up and then slammed back down! bad Service when you get hung up on after waiting so long

I find that the doctors in this medical centre are very professional and caring. The doctor that I got referred to explained to me was very clear and concise and I can understand everything regarding my health issues. The staff are very polite and helpful.

Good service. Friendly Staff. Neat & tidy. Good location, has a nearby car park and is close to shops.

I've booked an appointment from Liverpool 6wks ago for my 7wk old daughter and because Dr.Polon,a pediatrician,have clinic in Fairfield which is in civic plaza medical specialist we decided to go there as it is easier for us. The receptionist in Liverpool said we can do that and she will send my daughter's folder in FairfieldnOn the appointment date, as we are entering the facility in civic plaza medical specialist there are 2 receptionists the 1st greet us nicely and ask which doctor are we going to.I greet back with a nice smile but as soon as i said to Dr.Polon pls the other receptionist named Nicky interrupted rudely saying in this side and as i showed her the card showing my appointment she asked if i went to Dr.Polon in liverpool when i said yes we did, she told me in a rude tone voice that we should go to liverpool cause the folder is not there. I said should u have communication with the Liverpool branch and she answered me in rude way again that they dont have communication.so i just ask her name and said i will just complaint about it and she said complaint all i want. When the dr finish checking up my baby we told him what happened that 9:30am with his receptionist and the dr said thats very rude of her and i think trying to make us feel better he said that receptionist is screaming at the patient we should've seen the other one before that nicky.she is screaming at him(Dr.Polon).nI will not recommend this place to anyone.nIf you need to see Dr.Polon, go to Liverpool not in Fairfield or find other pediatrician.

The receptionist here named Nicky was very rude.the person in charge here should give her customer service training.
