I ordered online from Melbourne (They are NSW based) and they texted me the next day to let me know that they were arranging for their Melbourne based partner to deliver it to me as they didn't want me to have to experience long delivery delays. The parcel literally arrived the very same day that they contacted me. Awesome service. Not to mention that the item I bought was cheaper than anywhere else online. Thanks guys :)

Did not even realised there is such great pet store here around where I live. I got a cat that had a skin problem, she needs malaseb shampoo. I called the shop at 8.30am, I guessed the staff or the owner was sleeping as they don't open on sunday(feel really sorry), but I said I need this product in urgent, the staff got up and drive 20 mins to open the warehouse just for me, appreciate so much, I am not sure if this is a new business as they don't have much reviews, but I personally would give 10 stars If I could, highly recommended.
