Honestly I wish I had read these reviews prior to purchasing from this excuse of a company. One star is being generous as they don't deserve any. I have not received my dog kibble I purchased at the start of the month. Tried getting in contact with them.nExtremely poor customer service - wait what customer service! They don't reply to email, voice messages or correspondence offered within their website. I am currently going through disputes with Paypal - thank God for Buyer Protection! Do yourselves a favour, utilise Petcircle or another more reputable company. These guys have probably gone bust!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered a bag of cat food 3 weeks ago. It has not arrived. I have emailed 3 times and attempted to phone them twice and have received no response.

Shocking service! Ordered food for my dogs on Sunday, it’s now late Thursday and still no dog food. Doesn’t answer calls nor respond to texts. Highly advise u do not order from this website, very unreliable

Brilliant customer service, same or next day delivery, choice of am or pm? Who offers that? Robert goes out of his way for his clients and will obtain products which may not be on the website. There is a large range of products and the prices are very competitive. I have a disability and can't get out to get the products I need, so it is priceless to be able to rely on this company. I have also found the courier service they use to be very reliable. And I can almost predict what time my order will arrive.
