Woolworths Bankstown

People were friendly and on this day the store was clean and shelves were stocked

Woolworths is a very productive company, always fresh produce and always minimum of two checkout operators for when I'll do a big shop. Delivery service is always prompt and helpful.ud83duded2

This morning I went to Woolworths in Bankstown and I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from 1 staff member. I was waiting at the delicatessen area for service. An older staff member came out, looked at me and said “WHAT”! I replied with “I beg your pardon!” Again she said “WHAT!” After this she called out to another staff member. They continued calling out “WHAT WHAT!!!” I think some staff members need to be trained on the importance of good customer service! Also there was only 1 person at the registers serving customers with more than 10 items.

Needs to work on restocking more. The last 3 times I've been there the block chocolates are in disarray and some are just not there, despite there being price stickers for them. Kitty litter is just as bad. Friendly deli staff and checkout staff though

Incredibly busy, but generally very good stock. Self checkout area is small and not really accomodating to the sheer number of people shopping here.nI try to avoid as much as I can given COVID-19 and prefer less busy supermarkets.
