Hygiene and the environment is good but the customer service terrible I queried regarding the queue and the receptionist on this day at 11:20pm said if I wasn’t happy I can go.nThe other patient did explained and I was ok however serving the public is a privilege and it doesn’t happen everyday she needs more training and mentoring for this reason I will never come back here again

I always coming here because this is the nearest hospital with me .nI wait for a long time (3hours)nand some people just arrived and they are the first will see the doctor.nAnd the front desk was not professionaln(they should study how to treats people well.)nWorst

Sahar is kind respectful and very helpful. She always makes sure I am comfortable and cares for all her patients on a personal level. I recommend her as a best leader and a compassionate employee. Always smiling and brightening my experience at Aya Family Doctors as a new member it makes me feels welcome. Thank you Sahara

The receptionist was very calm and informed me that there would be a longer wait time due to a power outage that day. The doctor was absolutely kind. She listened to me and was able to give me the prescription needed.

Great staff, competent doctors with great services. Specially doctor Sadaf Ambreen is the best doctor. I will highly recommend her.The new look n change of medical centre is amazing.great job keep it up.
