Mister Minit Roselands

Good customer service, went in to get my belt adjusted, and I think his name was Sean or Jean, he was so friendly and fixed my belt in 5min.

I went to get my watch band adjusted from a watch repairer in roseland shopping center on sunday 2nd May and they wanted to charge me for adding 1 extra hole in my band, i then went to Mister Minit who saw it was a 10 second job and was very kind and added the hole free of charge. Thank you Mister Minit ud83dude00

Horrible horrible experience. There's an old guy (not sure if he's the owner) but someone who clearly hates his job and has an extremely poor attitude towards his customers. Doesn't want to speak or answer any basic questions. He constantly ignores his customers or simply walks away pretending not to hear. Sometimes he will just move onto the next customer and ignore you right as you are speaking. Happened to another lady right in front of me today. EXTREMELY RUDE. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I will be reporting them to Mister Minit headoffice for POOR customer service.

After reading all the reviews I went in expecting the worst but instead I had a great experience. The young lady was so cheerful and great to talk to, the man was pleasant and patient. They were also one of the cheaper places to get engraving done. The service took a little longer than was quoted but they were constantly dealing with new customers so it wasn't because they were careless. Will give them my business again.
