Hubby was today served by Bonnie. Her customer service was absolutely fantastic, friendly and efficient. The transaction was simple and easy. She made the whole experience easy. Very friendly and helpful staff. Tall Chinese lady with glasses on and indian lady with glasses on. Thanks for the great customer service!

Staff are lovely but expect to wait a very long time. Government is not keeping up with service centres per population. There were 6 service desks in operation and at least 40 people lined up outside. Two hours later I got my turn. If you are not a patient person go elsewhere, expect a two hour wait. Due to COVID many customers asked to sit outside the store.

Went yesterday at Roselands NSW services,to get a test done, the staff was very professional and helpful, the girl at the counter number 5 , named I think Sherry was so kind and her professional approach was just excellentnThank you .nAurora

Came here to do a knowledge test. Staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Be sure to book ahead as times fill up quite quickly.
