Receptionist old lady with a Chinese accent is so rude and unprofessional. She will do anything to prove she is right, although she knows she isn’t. She shouldn’t be in the front desk at all. If she has to work there, only recommending her to clean toilets.nDoctors are ok though. They are working hard. Just didn’t like doctor Lee, who gently forces people to buy his own version of skin medicine. How pathetic.nDoctor Mamun Chaudhury is the best among all the doctors there.

The receptionist old lady is so rude and unprofessional. She has got no etiquettes to serve the front desk. And the doctors are careless as if its a fish market on weekends. So unmanaged and under one star place. Better shut down the educated hypocritesud83eudd15

Not badnAlways busy so the wait time blows out

We have a 7 month old daughter who had been diagnosed with eczema when she was two months old. We live in western Sydney. We had tried few doctors-before coming here who all had prescribed her surbolene cream with sigma cort steroid . But her eczema had not been completely healed . She had very bad eczema on her face , neck and behind knees. We were feeling helpless.nnFifteen days before we came across Dr. Lee’s name from one Facebook page. We booked appointment with him. We were very sceptical about him after reading the reviews of the medical Center. But when we met him , he straightway told us to stop using other medicines. he prescribed her his own medications. Which worked wonder. With in three days , her eczema healed. Today is the eighth day , and eczema is the gone thing . We wish Dr. lee and the BHC medical Center a very best in their future endeavours.
