My first experience at a Private Hospital, and let me just say: Norwest Private Hospital makes me want to become a private patient from now on. I came here as a public patient and was very satisfied with the care and service each nurse and doctor provided me with. Also, the cleanliness of this place 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽 Extremely satisfied. Thank you!

We just had our first baby born at Norwest private and what a pleasant journey it was. From the staff to the food to the aftercare, everything was just top notch. Staff was very courteous, professional and kind from day 1. Though we asked some redundant questions as first time parents, they were very patient with us. My wife had a C-section and the nurses were checking up on her every hour or so and that made me rest assured that she is taken care of while I take care of the baby. The midwifes were also very friendly and supportive. It was just one amazing bunch of people at the maternity ward. The food was so yummy and healthy at the same time and always arrived right on time. The staff that handled food and cleaning was also very friendly and courteous. I cannot thank everyone at Norwest private enough for making our stay a very very pleasant one. May God Bless each and every one of them for everything they did for us during out stay! Much love.

My husband went in for surgery to his hand on Saturday and I was so pleased with Norwest Private hospital from the time we walked to reception right up to discharge. Dr Bradshaw was amazing and answered all the questions I had in my head without having to ask. The nurse that prepared him for surgery, I didn't get her name but she was of Asian descent and a nurse that was passionate about her job, caring and kind. Kirsten who looked after him post surgery right up to discharge was equally amazing. The young boy that was on the coffee/tea cart even gave my husband extra biscuits whilst he was waiting for sandwiches to come up. Thank you Norwest Private hospital, your staff's expertise made our situation a whole lot easier, I will be recommending you to everyone.

just had day Surgery at Norwest yesterday and my stay couldn't have been any better. All the staff I dealt with were very helpful and pleasant..the care they give to every patient is absolutely top notch..Thanks to all staff ..wonderful job Norwest Champs..Highly recommended

Straight up the worst experience we've experienced in healthcare. Terrible emergency room staff, terrible doctors who told my wife (who has trigeminal neuralgia) that her pain wasn't as bad as she was complaining about and were pushing us to leave ASAP. Emergency staff only cared that we made our payment. 100% trash hospital.
