The Hills Clinic

The doctors and staff are professionals in their field. I found them to be knowledgeable, very very understanding and helpful. I am speaking as a parent with a child who needed help. Reading some of these negative reviews makes me disheartened because in my experience they’re not reflecting the really good work they do there. I do not know what we’d do if we didn’t have The Hills Clinic.

This place is great and has really helped my recovery, nursing staff is great, I have an amazing phsychiatrist Dr Wankhede. Has helped me get my life back. Highly recommended, as with all places like this, you have to want to get better for it to work well for you, it isn't a magical place to cure you, you have to do the work and they give you the guidance and skills to do so.

Misdiagnosed by two psychiatrists, who not only misdiagnosed but missed seeing my slide into psychosis. My situation went from bad to acute while in the care of The Hills Clinic. Fortunately a fellow patient and room mate recognised what was happening and contacted my family to sound the alarm. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

This facility needs a revamp, Doctors too stressed out couldnt care less. All pationts waken up overnight due to fire fallsalarms going off, Customer follow up doesnt EXIST. Absolutely terrible clinic.

Only one decent psychiatrist available which is Dr Tanveer Ahmed. Dr Lim is highly incompetent and will be on his phone during your appointment. He will then forget to write down your script correctly or omit to write your script. He will falsify statements to preserve his reputation, as do many of the other staff. There is zero consistency nor accountability. Only one decent nurse called Allen. Horrible Nursing Unit Managers. Especially Mars who has an ego complex of a tyrant. Undereducated facilitators that lack basic literacy skills. Handover process between nurses is subpar. Management requires urgent review. Allied Health Manager Sara is quite adept. Nurse GERDA is clearly mentally unstable and will abuse patients. I would not recommend this facility for inpatient services. Outpatient services are adequate but of "band-aid" standard. I would recommend that you make enquiries at other facilities prior to admission at this clinic as you will find that many patients here have common concerns with staff and management. The facility is not what it used to be when it was founded by Ted Cassidy as it is now run for profit after being sold off to a Chinese company. Not a safe or nurturing environment and your needs will be ignored.
