Doctors to see first relatives if they have time see other patients.

So disappointed, this medical centre is going down hill by the day, to refuse a person with very serious medical conditions 5 minutes to pick up a pathology referral for a crucial fasting blood for that day is heartless and inexcusable, this patient has only just been encouraged to attend the medical centre due the hard work of the doctor he sees and now is refusing to go back, he didn’t want a chat, had nothing else to see the doctor for, just a referral for his regular 3 monthly test for his condition. Get some people skills and some compassion, it’s not all about money, you need to care about people and have some empathy to work front and centre in a medical centre. I’ll add he also got to the medical centre at 7.30 for an 8am opening so as not to inconvenience anyone.

A 3hr wait when told 1hr! 1 doctor on for a Friday night. Receptionist constantly put other people ahead despite the three hour wait. After 2hrs the receptionists starting pushing through new people before patients who had been waiting. Never again would I come here! I’ll be sending my parking bill to this place now!

The front counter staff are useless on the phone and in person. I only come here due to my doctor, as he is fantastic. The less I need see the front desk staff the better. You think will all the feedback they would try. Lucky my blood pressure isn’t being measured today. 😡

Fraud medical centre. They don't pick up calls intentionally. It's no where written that it's appointment only. Without checking, The lady at reception asked me to go to hospital without checking. Unreliable. This centre should be closed without doubt. This is criminal as they must be the most responsible. Attended at 7.14 and closing at 8pm. Alicia was at reception, would not pick up calls intentionally. Never going back and complaining to Department of Health. Horror. They just want to play with our tax. Ignore and raise your voice for this centre. Officially lodged complaint with department of health. I have been to other medical centre and they sorted me in less than 5 minutes. What a difference?
