poor service
I felt the need to share a review after my experience today... Firstly, what an amazing medical centre! The facilities were better than I've experienced anywhere else. Nursing unit is huge and they have a great range of equipment. The staff were friendly and very organised. I also felt that they've taken every precaution necessary to keep it safe and COVID free. Well done!
Doctors were all excellent! One receptionist has a very poor attitude. Short hair lady talked like patients are her students. I have been here many times and it seem like only her was rude.
Went to castle hill medical centre last week and found the service absolutely fantastic. All the staff were so friendly and helpful.
Excellent service - very professional - they take their time to listen and provide quality care
