Dr. Joel Lee is great. He gives very prompt service. Use the health engine app to have an easy online booking process. Overall, very good medical centre.

Awful service. Doctor was delayed by a full 45min, we were sitting there with our 6 mths old son, needless to say not ideal. When it finally became our turn, doctor didn’t even apologise for her delay, but instead informed us that she couldn’t attend to our son because we were there for a vaccination and because she was running late she couldn’t do it as she wasn’t willing to let us stay back for the 15min that is required post a vaccination - despite another patient still waiting in the waiting room anyway! So she asked us to leave. Never going back there, and can’t recommend that plaice to anyone.

Always attentive and appointments generally run to time ( you have to except that the patient/s before you may take more time than planned) Very confident with diagnosis and treatments

I am undergoing hormone treatment. I went to this doctor explaining and showing my that endocrinologist had suddenly ceased practicing, and that I needed a short period of literally essential hormone medication for the time being while I was on the waiting list along with over 8000 other patients of my former doctor. I was treated as a drug addict for this request. The doctor said quite plainly she refused, at first. Knowing full well had I stopped this medication suddenly I would likely die or be hospitalised. Literally every other GP I discuss this with is shocked at this behaviour. I am now with a replacement doctor and I would do anything to avoid seeing anyone at this practice in the future. Never before have I encountered this behaviour. Keep in mind the medication I required blocks testosterone. It is extremely safe. It is essential to treatment and it is unable to be stopped suddenly without major issues. This practice employs people who are either bigoted towards those like myself. Or neglectful in a criminal manner. If I could leave a lower review. I would.
